Refund Policy

At Rukminidevi Natyakshetra Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "RNF," "the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"), all fees collected towards registration, tuition, events, workshops, and any other programs are strictly non-refundable.

By completing your enrolment and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy in full.

1. No-Refund Policy

  1. 1.1 All fees paid to RNF — including but not limited to registration fees, course/tuition fees, examination fees, performance fees, workshop fees, and event participation fees — are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. 1.2 This policy applies regardless of:

    • Change of mind or personal preference
    • Relocation or change of address
    • Scheduling conflicts or change in availability
    • Academic pressure or school commitments
    • Non-attendance or irregular attendance
    • Withdrawal initiated by the student or parent/guardian at any stage
  3. 1.3 Fees once paid will not be transferred, adjusted, or credited towards any future batch or program unless explicitly approved in writing by RNF management.

2. Course / Tuition Fees

  1. 2.1 Course fees paid for a term, month, or any period are non-refundable, irrespective of:

    • How many classes were attended
    • Whether the student withdraws mid-term
    • Whether the student was asked to leave due to misconduct or non-payment of dues
  2. 2.2 No pro-rata refund will be provided for unused class sessions.

3. Event, Workshop & Performance Fees

  1. 3.1 Fees paid for special events, workshops, masterclasses, or stage performances such as the Kala Sampada Annual Art Festival are fully non-refundable once payment is made.
  2. 3.2 If a student is unable to participate in an event after fees have been paid, no refund or transfer will be issued.

4. Exception — Cancellation by RNF

The only exception to this No-Refund Policy is if RNF itself cancels a course, batch, or event entirely and is unable to offer an alternative date or arrangement.

  1. 4.2 In such a case, RNF will offer one of the following at its sole discretion:

    • A credit adjustment towards the student's next term fees, or
    • A full refund of the fees paid for the cancelled course/event only
  2. 4.3 Refunds under this exception, if applicable, will be processed within 21 working days via the original mode of payment.
  3. 4.4 Temporary class suspensions due to public holidays, faculty illness, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or pandemics) do not qualify as a cancellation and will not entitle any student to a refund. RNF will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or compensate such sessions.

5. Force Majeure

  1. 5.1 RNF shall not be held liable for any disruption to classes or events caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones)
    • Government orders or lockdowns
    • Power outages or infrastructure failures
    • Epidemic or pandemic situations
  2. 5.2 In such situations, no refund shall be issued. RNF will endeavour to make up for lost sessions at its discretion.

6. Discontinuation of Enrollment

  1. 6.1 If a student voluntarily discontinues their enrolment at any point during the term, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
  2. 6.2 Students wishing to discontinue must notify RNF in writing. Discontinuation does not exempt the student from any outstanding fee dues.

7. Acknowledgement

By submitting the registration form and making payment to RNF, the student and parent/guardian confirm that they have:

  • Read and understood this No-Refund Policy in its entirety
  • Agreed to the terms without any conditions or reservations
  • Acknowledged that no verbal or informal assurances of refund will be entertained
